Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your pickup date for a full refund of the amount you paid pre-paid (service fee is non-refundable). Please cancel by calling (858) 688-9599. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours from the date and time of your scheduled pickup will not be refunded the amount pre-paid online or the service fee
Airport Curbside Pickup Policy

Please Remember No vehicle is allowed to wait at the curbside in san diego airport . Curbside is for loading and unloading of passengers only . Once the passengers have collected bags and are ready at the curbside, a phone call is required to call the driver to the curbside pick up
